Treatment postures

The expression "posture" (in contrast with à "movement") is intended to show the slowness of the stretching imposed on the static musculo-skeletal system during the treatment.

A GPR session lasts about 1 hour and during that time it is possible to work on 2 postures. Usually it is one session a week.
For the prevention and the deportment, one practise the GPR as an auto-posture form.
